Most people don’t know much html codes, DW would help you in understand which codes you’re using when doing a…. something.
I use photoshop, notepad++, and css
Yes, and the same time, you will be respecting the user’s decisions on how he/she wants to browse the web. (If you have a black desktop, with black controls, it is disgusting to browse white sites)
Putting too much detail into a website, will make it unfriendly to blind people, for example. (How a site is supposed to be read to blind people? What about people with epilepsy?)
And there is a cost-effectivity trade off which is better addressed by simple html.
CSS with Notepad++ = Win;
I was just responding to g4fan1. Using Notepad for CSS wouldn’t be that… great.
I just directly use the text editor in my website’s cPanel. I used Microsoft Expression to start up the template, but then direct html for adding content =D
